Saturday 25th October 2025

Registration
8.30 am Registration / late entries and breakfast of Bacon & egg rolls, juice, tea & coffee. Meals supplied at the Gateway lawns.

Observation Run
10.00 am Kate’z Cruise (Observation run) leaves from the Gateway.
12.30pm Lunch – your choice of venue- discount vouchers can be used at various participating venues, but you must book ahead. Please see below:

5.00 pm Cruise into the Mildura City Heart where the street will be closed for Street rod and custom car parking / Entrants only (5 pm – 9.30 pm).

Visit the traders. Dress up in Rockabilly / Rock ‘n ‘Roll style. Enjoy dinner in Mildura’s Feast Street (pre-booking is advised) Meals are at your own expense (see below Restaurant list for eating venues).

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR SATURDAY NIGHT IMPORTANT NOTICE about the Goanna Run Saturday Evening: Entrant windscreen stickers must be displayed upon entry. As a condition of entry to Langtree Avenue and Langtree Mall entrant’s vehicles must enter between 5 pm and 6 pm only and REMAIN PARKED until 9.30 pm (no leaving before 9.30 pm, no exceptions). For those who wish to leave before 9.30 pm, you will need to park out of the closed off area. City Heart is Mildura’s heart of food, dining, and entertainment. It is a vibrant hub of activity and will be prepared specially for Goanna Run entrants-only parking; for you to eat, drink, and enjoy the evening! We strongly advise entrants to book ahead at the venue of your choice for Saturday night 5 pm – 9.30 pm, as Feast Street dining venues will be very busy. Many of the restaurants also offer takeaway options. Check out the restaurant websites provided below or ask a Desert City Member.

Sunday 26th October 2025

Breakfast
8.30 am Park your car on the lawns at Nowingi Place, Hugh King Dr, Mildura Riverfront (Enter from 7th Street via Magnolia Ave)
Come over and enjoy a breakfast of pancakes, juice, tea & coffee.
– Breaky supplied and food vans available to purchase lunch
– Live music “The Silverados.”
– Coloring competition & activities for the kids

Show ‘n’ Shine
8.30 am Show ‘n’ Shine presentations will be held at 12.30 pm.
(All votes to be in by 11.00 am – No exceptions)

Wind-down!
2.30 pm – Free time

Dinner
6.00 pm Gateway Mildura “Verde” outdoor area.
For catering purposes, please purchase meals during the checkout process (unable to purchase meals in the Verde Room on the night.)
